Find Divisions action
Use the Find Divisions action to find one or more divisions using their names. Then, use the result in other relevant actions such as Create Conversation Attribute and Update Conversation Attribute actions.
From the Toolbox, expand the Find category and drag a Find Divisions action into the appropriate location in the task editor.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Type a distinctive name for the action. The label you enter here becomes the action’s name displayed in the task sequence. |
| Division Names | Enter the division names or an expression that locates the divisions. At runtime, Architect performs a search for the specified divisions. |
| Division Results | When the system receives the division values, it stores that values in the variable you specify here. You can then use the variable in other areas of the flow. |
Configure found, partially found, and not found paths
| Path | Description |
|---|---|
| Found | This path indicates that Architect located the division within the organization. Drag the appropriate action below the Found path so that it follows the route you want the interaction to take. Note: The Division Result field only populates when the flow follows the Found or Partially Found path. |
| Partially Found | A Partially Found path indicates that Architect located only some of the divisions that match the provided input. The records that are not found appear as NOT_SET in the output collection. Drag the appropriate action below this path. Note: The Division Result field only populates when the flow follows the Found or Partially Found path. |
| Not Found | This path indicates that Architect did not find the matching division. Drag the appropriate action below the Not Found path so that it follows the route you want the interaction to take. Note: The Division Result field does not populate when the flow follows the Not Found path. |
