Delete a work team

Genesys Cloud allows administrators to delete work teams through the Admin portal's Directory section. To perform this action, administrators must possess the Groups > Team > Delete permission. The deletion process involves navigating to Admin, selecting Directory, then clicking Work Teams, and finally clicking the Delete button adjacent to the work team name to be removed. This functionality enables administrators to manage organizational structure by removing work teams that are no longer required. The feature is part of Genesys Cloud's broader work team management capabilities, which also include creating teams, adding or removing members, editing team details, and viewing team information.
