Genesys Cloud – Version 1.0.0.12598 – June 21, 2023

Genesys found a regression in Media Tier version 1.0.0.12598 that can cause missing audio in some situations. Automatic updates for premise hardware edges have been disabled.

Enhancements and fixes

  • Improvements to VXML expression evaluation.
  • Compatibility improvements for inbound calls with no specified a=ptime attribute.
  • ACD calls now wait in an ACD queue. They no longer end up in voicemail.
