How many AudioHook Monitor integrations can I have?
Genesys Cloud supports up to 20 AudioHook Monitor integration installations per organization. At any given time, you can stream audio to a maximum of five AudioHook Monitor integrations and configure up to 500 monitor configurations per organization.
You can add up to 20 AudioHook Monitor integrations using the Genesys Cloud’s Integrations page ( Menu > IT, Integrations > Integrations ).
You can activate up to five AudioHook Monitor integrations using the Genesys Cloud’s Integrations page ( Menu > IT, Integrations > Integrations ).
You can configure up to 500 custom AudioHook monitors using the AudioHook Monitors option ( Menu > IT, Integrations > AudioHook Monitors ).
