- Fixed an issue where agents did not hear a ringback tone when consulting with another agent.
- Improved system reliability by enhancing how voicemail and MPCA behave following WebRTC station failures.
- Reduced connection instability by preventing unnecessary WebRTC media recovery attempts during DTLS shutdowns.
- Optimized WebRTC performance by resolving STUN server DNS queries asynchronously for faster connection setup.
- Resolved an issue that prevented agents from reaching remote phones in specific scenarios.
- Fixed a supervisor monitoring issue that prevented automatic connection to ongoing calls.
Cloud update availability
Updates for cloud media services occur between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM in every time zone, starting Thursday, October 23, 2025.
Premises update availability
Updates for hardware devices are available on Monday, October 20, 2025. Administrators can choose to set a specific update schedule or perform a manual update.
- Available for manual update in all regions starting Monday, October 20, 2025.
- Auto-update enabled for all regions starting Wednesday, Oct 22, 2025.
- Automatic updates roll out to customers over a 10-day period during their organization’s defined maintenance window.
Note: Due to urgent fixes for security and stability, Genesys may push Edge updates and release Media Tier versions before a release note is updated.
