What types of bot metrics are available for Digital Bot Connector?
You can find the bot metrics on the Bot Performance UI and also through the public API endpoint: Genesys Cloud Developer Center: Bot Aggregate query.
The following metrics are applicable:

- tBotDisconnect
- tBotExit
- oBotSessionTurn
- nBotSessionTurns
