Send Rich Link action
Use the Send Rich Link action in digital bot flows to send rich links to your messaging contacts.
For example, you can configure a bot to send an interactive call-to-action (CTA) URL message through WhatsApp messaging. The consumer receives a rich URL message that displays the header (image or text), body, footer, URL, and URL label directly in WhatsApp on their device. They can interact with the rich URL message to visit the configured URL on their device. After the rich message interaction, the consumer can choose to continue or end the conversation with the bot. If the conversation continues and routes to an agent, the agent’s transcript shows the rich URL message that was previously shared with the consumer.
