- Improvements to premises Edges time synchronization services.
- Resolved an issue that could cause premises Edge software upgrade core dumps.
- Callflow resource cleanup improvements.
- Added handling for hybrid tie trunks between premises Edges on mismatched software versions.
- Improved ringback handling when calling an agent using a remote phone.
- Enhanced SIP interoperability by ensuring Cisco devices receive a Contact header in 200 OK responses to UPDATE messages.

Cloud update availability
Updates for cloud media services occur between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM in every time zone, starting Thursday, February 12, 2026.
Premises update availability
Updates for hardware devices are available on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. Administrators can choose to set a specific update schedule or perform a manual update.
- Available for manual update in all regions starting Wednesday, February 4, 2026.
- Auto-update enabled for all regions starting Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
- Automatic updates roll out to customers over a 10-day period during their organization’s defined maintenance window.
Note: Due to urgent fixes for security and stability, Genesys may push Edge updates and release Media Tier versions before a release note is updated.
