The Resource Center knowledge assistant provides in-product, step-by-step guidance to configure and manage Genesys Cloud, based on curated documentation. Instead of searching the Resource Center and interpreting long articles, You can ask Genesys Cloud Copilot for help directly in the Genesys Cloud user interface and follow guided instructions based on relevant sources.

The Resource Center knowledge assistant can summarize one or more Genesys Resource Center articles to help you complete the following tasks:

  • Create and manage users.
  • Set and adjust permissions and roles.
  • Configure queues, routing strategies, and workitems.
  • Understand performance metrics and how to generate reports.
  • Learn how to set up integrations.
  • Get direct links to the source Resource Center articles when you need more detail.
