View your organizations

Genesys Cloud provides functionality to view and manage your organization's external contacts and organizations through the Resource Center. To access your key organizations, users must navigate to Menu > Contacts > External Contacts and Organizations, then select the Organizations tab. This feature requires the External contacts > External organization > View permission. The interface includes feedback mechanisms allowing users to report issues such as inaccurate or incomplete information, outdated content, or navigation difficulties. Related capabilities include viewing organization profiles, searching for contacts or organizations, adding organizations to external contacts, managing authorized users and groups, and administering OAuth clients within the organization.
