The Genesys Cloud Copilot agent recognition assistant helps supervisors and administrators send and retrieve agent recognitions quickly, without navigating multiple UI screens.

The Genesys Cloud Copilot agent recognition assistant can perform the following tasks:

  • Collect the required input, such as recipient, badge or category, and message, with optional tags or a related interaction, to send a recognition to an agent. 
  • Retrieve recognitions you previously sent to one or more agents so you can prepare for coaching conversations and highlight achievements.
  • Retrieve recognitions you previously received so you can review the feedback and reference it for performance discussions.

Genesys Cloud Copilot confirms the recognition details it intends to submit, such as the recipient, recognition type, and message, before it sends a recognition. It also reports when it cannot complete a request, for example due to missing permissions or an invalid agent identifier.

Note: The Genesys Cloud Copilot agent recognition assistant can only show recognitions associated with the active user. For example, when you retrieve recognitions you previously sent, Genesys Cloud Copilot can only return recognitions sent by you.
