Genesys Cloud Copilot pricing overview

Feature coming soon

Genesys Cloud subscribers can add Genesys Cloud Copilot to their subscription. Charges for Genesys Cloud Copilot vary, depending on the number of AI actions.

An AI action is a single system operation that an AI agent performs using an API or a tool to complete a part of a task. This represents the smallest executable step in the system. AI actions can use public APIs or data actions.

To request to add Genesys Cloud Copilot to your subscription, contact your Customer Success Manager or sales representative.

The following examples illustrate typical scenarios and how they are charged based on the number of AI actions.

Example 1

An administrator asks Genesys Cloud Copilot to add John Doe to the support queue. Genesys Cloud Copilot invokes the user management assistant AI agent, which performs the following actions.

  1. Find the user and get their complete profile, including the user ID.
  2. Validate that the queue exists and fetch the queue ID.
  3. Add the user to the queue using the user ID and queue ID.

Each step is one AI action. Performing each step for an additional user is an additional AI action for each step.

Example 2

A supervisor asks Genesys Cloud Copilot to “show the top three underperforming virtual agents last week and tell me what to do to improve them”. Genesys Cloud Copilot performs the following actions.

  1. Translate “last week” into a localized date range.
  2. Identify the top three underperforming virtual agents and generate insights.

Each step is one AI action.

Example 3

A supervisor asks Genesys Cloud Copilot “how do I assign a user to a queue?”. Genesys Cloud Copilot invokes the Resource Center knowledge assistant, which performs one knowledge action. This results in no charges.
