Custom column permissions

Genesys Cloud provides custom column permissions that enable granular control over users' ability to interact with custom calculations across the platform. The permission structure includes five distinct levels: View allows users to see custom calculations created by and shared with them; Create enables users to build and share new custom calculations during initial creation; Edit permits modification and sharing of existing custom calculations; Manage grants administrative access to oversee all custom calculations organization-wide; and Delete allows removal of custom calculations. An "All Permissions" option grants complete control over custom calculations, including any future permissions. Custom calculations can be shared with individual users through the division directory and with teams through group permissions, requiring appropriate directory and group viewing permissions for sharing functionality. Each permission corresponds to specific Reporting > customCalculation permission levels (View, Add, Edit, Manage, Delete).
