Add labels to a knowledge base V2 article

Genesys Cloud enables users to add labels to knowledge base V2 articles through a straightforward process. After creating labels, users can assign them to articles by navigating to Menu > Knowledge > Articles, selecting or creating a knowledge base, opening the desired article to access the Edit Article page, clicking the Labels list to select applicable labels, and repeating the selection process to add multiple labels as needed before saving. This labeling functionality supports article organization and categorization within the knowledge base V2 system, working in conjunction with other organizational features such as categories, filters, and question-and-answer article types.
