- Corrected destination-name handling for short-code dialed numbers by applying the configured number plan classification name.
- Improved audio resampling reliability to prevent silent audio loss under buffer pressure.
- Improved stability when processing telemetry data and handling broken TCP connections.
- Improved JavaScript runtime stability under memory pressure.
Cloud update availability
Updates for cloud media services occur between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM in every time zone, starting August 20, 2026.
Premises update availability
Updates for hardware devices are available on August 13, 2026. Administrators can choose to set a specific update schedule or perform a manual update.
- Available for manual update in all regions starting August 13, 2026.
- Auto-update enabled for all regions starting August 27, 2026.
- Automatic updates roll out to customers over a 10-day period during their organization’s defined maintenance window.
Note: Due to urgent fixes for security and stability, Genesys may push Edge updates and release Media Tier versions before a release note is updated.
