Can I use AI Scoring with a GC2 license?
Yes. A GC2 license with AI Tokens, which enables the STA Add-On, allows you to configure AI Scoring questions in evaluation forms.
To configure Agent Scoring Rules for automated evaluations, an administrator must have access to CX3 or the WEM Add-On.
