Manage inbound message routing configurations from the Message Routing page.
You can change the inbound message flow associated with a message route. You can also add, update, or remove provisioned inbound numbers or addresses associated with the flow.
- Click Admin.
- Under Routing, click Message Routing.
- Click Menu > Orchestration > Routing > Message Routing.
- Under Inbound Message Flows, click the flow you want to edit.
- Make your changes and click Save.
Note: A message appears, indicating that Genesys Cloud saved your changes. The entry can take a few minutes to update in search results.
- Click Admin.
- Under Routing, click Message Routing.
- Click Menu > Orchestration > Routing > Message Routing.
- Select the check box next to the entry or entries you want to delete.
- Click More and from the menu that appears, click Clear Associated Numbers.
- Click Admin.
- Under Routing, click Message Routing.
- Click Menu > Orchestration > Routing > Message Routing.
- Search for or navigate to the flow you want to open.
- Click More and from the menu that appears, click View Flow in Architect.
- Under Inbound Message Flows, click the link that represents the inbound message flow. Architect opens in a new tab with the inbound message flow’s configuration.
