Add a custom role or use an existing one.

Assign the following rights to the role.

Copilot > Message > Send	This permission enables the user to send a message to the Copilot.
Copilot > Message > View	This permission enables the user to retrieve a set of messages, or a single message, from Copilot.
Copilot > Session > View	This permission enables the user to retrieve active and historical sessions from Copilot.

Assign the user to the role.

The Copilot icon appears in the upper right corner, next to your profile picture. Click it to open Copilot and ask a question.
