Copy an existing schedule

You can copy a previously published or unpublished schedule, including all agents, shifts, and activities, to a new week’s schedule.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Workforce Management, clickSchedules.
  3. Click Menu > Workforce Management > Scheduling > Schedules.
  4. From the Business Unit list in the upper right corner, select the desired business unit.
  5. (Optional) To change the time zone in which you view data, in the upper right hand corner select the current time zone list.
Note: By default, the view uses the business unit’s time zone.
  6. From the list of schedules, select the schedule you want to copy to a new week.
  7. On the right corner of the selected schedule, click the More icon.
  8. From the options, click Copy. The Copy Schedule page opens.
  9. In the Schedule Start Week field, click to select the start week of the schedule.
Note: If the schedule you are copying is longer than one week, the schedule week represents the first week of the new schedule. Ensure that the end date of the associated forecast does not exceed 130 weeks in the future. If it exceeds 130 weeks, either disable the Include Forecast field or change the start week date to proceed.
  10. (Optional) In the Description field, edit the description for the schedule.
  11. The Number of Weeks field is a display-only field.
  12. In the Include Forecast field, enable the checkbox to indicate that you want to include the forecast. If you disable the checkbox, a warning message appears and indicates that when your forecast does not have an associated forecast, intraday data does not appear for the selected schedule period.
  13. Click Save. The system returns to the Schedules page.
  14. (Optional) Open the schedule and make any modifications.
