Genesys Cloud – User management and users page modernization

What’s changing

Genesys Cloud will modernize the administrator experience for managing users by introducing a more consistent visual design and updated workflows across the page.

Updates include:

• Improved readability and visual hierarchy
• Enhanced contrast and more consistent interaction patterns
• Improved filtering and search behavior
• Configurable column views
• Updated bulk management workflows for queues, skills, languages, and divisions
• Improved confirmation dialogs and wizard-based workflows
• A page-based user details experience instead of a tab-based layout
• Better visualization of search results and user status information
• Updated list actions based on selection type (single user, multiple users, or no selection)

Genesys Cloud will also update related workflows for:

• Adding users
• Bulk import
• Generating user invite links
• Managing user status directly from the list view

Why this matters

This update makes the User management Users page easier to navigate and use, especially for administrators managing large numbers of users.

The redesigned workflows improve visibility into user information and actions. Enhanced accessibility, clearer workflows, and more consistent page behavior help administrators complete common management tasks more efficiently while maintaining the existing functionality of the page.
