In a future release, Genesys Cloud will improve the ability for Architect builders flow authors to add, arrange, and reorder elements more efficiently. This feature enables authors to use drag-and-drop functionality or keyboard controls to move cards, which simplifies the building process and creates a clearer visual hierarchy. Previously, flow authors had to click arrows multiple times to reorder cards. The new drag-and-drop capability enables authors to quickly place cards in the correct order with a single action.
