Genesys Cloud – Enhanced outcome threshold solution

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will introduce a new outcome threshold solution that empowers administrators of Predictive Engagement to adjust the definition of the target audience linked to an outcome. This solution uses percentiles to adjust the target audience, resulting in more accurate and reliable engagement volumes. Also, some minor UI label changes will accompany this enhancement.
