Description
On the effective date, Genesys Cloud will deprecate the main model for summarization in the CAC-1 (Central Canada), SAE-1 (Brazil), and EUC-2 (Switzerland) regions. Agent Copilot will use other models that are available in your region.

Am I affected?
If your organization uses the current main model for summarization with Agent Copilot and your organization is in the CAC-1, SAE-1, or EUC-2 region, you are affected.
What do I need to do before the effective date?
Customers in affected regions should test and move to other available models.
Administrators who want to use the latest model for Agent Copilot summaries must enable the Use latest model setting in the Agent Copilot configuration.
