In a future Genesys Cloud release, Genesys will introduce an updated agent messaging UI. This enhanced interface matches the current process while providing a more user-friendly experience. The updated UI includes a redesigned thread layout, a dedicated send button, an intuitive character counter, improved message grouping, and the introduction of several new, smaller features.
