Genesys Cloud FedRAMP Region – White label branding for PDF exports

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will allow users to apply custom branding to PDF exports, offering the flexibility to create multiple white-label templates for different brands within an organization. This feature will support companies that manage multiple brands, enabling them to distribute reports with tailored corporate colors, logos, and custom headers/footers. Previously, PDF exports followed a standard format with no customization options. Now, users can ensure that each brand’s identity is clearly reflected in reports, which is particularly important for maintaining brand consistency across external communications. This customization will reduce the need for manual report adjustments, saving time and effort while ensuring a professional presentation for all stakeholders.
