On June 1, 2024, Genesys Cloud will change the Genesys Cloud Voice rate card, including number and calling charges. Current regional pricing will apply to all customers within a specific AWS region and is also available in any chosen billing currency. For more information about rates, see .

This change affects customers who choose a currency that is different from their region’s standard. For example, US and Canada: currencies other than USD; or CAD, UK, and EU: currencies other than GBP or EUR).

After Genesys Cloud changes the Genesys Cloud Voice rate card, a reduction will occur in Genesys Cloud Voice list prices for Toll-free Inbound charges in 27 countries, and for DID Inbound charges in eight countries. For more information, see the country lists below. These price reductions aim to benefit Genesys Cloud Voice customers who use the EMEA, Latam, and APAC number services as Genesys continues to drive our commitment to global expansion and quality service.

To continue to use the Genesys Cloud Voice Service, these changes will appear in your billing statement as of June 2024.

To discontinue the use of the Genesys Cloud Voice service when the pricing goes into effect, you must provide Genesys with a written notice to terminate your agreement. Genesys will apply compensation one month after the price change is effective, with no penalties incurred. You will receive a refund of fees for any Genesys Cloud Voice services that you paid for but did not receive as of the date of termination.

Notes:
  • Genesys recommends that you regularly review your dial plan.
  • This change does not cover updates to short duration calling rates. A separate announcement will provide any changes to short duration calling rates.

Genesys values your business and hopes that you continue to choose Genesys Cloud Voice as your service provider. If you have any questions about these changes, contact your account team or CSM.
