In a future release, Genesys Cloud will upgrade and modernize the look and feel of the screen recording playback user interface by replacing deprecated components. The new UI components will refresh the visual experience and also provide support for new languages, including Ukrainian.

Note: This update does not affect the Interaction Details UI or existing functionality.
