Manage shift activities in a work plan

Genesys Cloud allows you to edit, copy, and delete daily shift activities in an existing work plan. You can change the activity code, length, start time, whether it counts as paid or work time, and delete activities. To edit a work plan, open it in Genesys Cloud, select a management unit, and edit activities by double-clicking. You can set relative or absolute start times, flexible start times, and whether activities count as paid or work time. After editing, validate the plan to catch errors. You can then resolve errors before saving the updated work plan.
