Note: This setting does not apply to Genesys enhanced TTS or third-party ASR/TTS engines or voice bots.

To select a language model.

Click Menu > Digital and Telephony > Telephony > Global Telephony Settings.
Under Language models, select one of the Enabled models:
- All supported languages except Japanese
- Only English and Japanese
Click Save.
