Genesys Cloud Copilot WFM time-off assistant
Feature coming soon
The Genesys Cloud Copilot WFM time-off assistant helps supervisors and administrators manage time-off requests efficiently, so they can review pending requests, compare limits and balances, and act through a single screen.
The Genesys Cloud Copilot WFM time-off assistant can perform the following tasks:
- View pending time-off requests for a management unit. Optionally you can filter by agent, date range, substatus, submission date, partial or full requests, and paid or unpaid requests.
- Approve or reject time-off requests for one or more agents, with a confirmation step before Genesys Cloud Copilot makes changes.
- View limits associated with time-off requests so you can understand availability and constraints.
- View time-off balances for specific pending time-off requests for one or more agents.
Genesys Cloud Copilot summarizes what it finds and asks you to confirm the requests it intends to approve or reject before it makes updates. It also reports when it cannot complete a request, for example due to missing permissions, ambiguous agents, or inability to retrieve balances.
