How does Google’s decision on third-party cookies affect the Genesys Cloud for Salesforce CTI integration?

As of April 2025, Google has chosen to maintain its current approach of offering users a choice regarding third-party cookies in Chrome and will not deprecate them. Users can still continue to select their preferred option in Chrome’s Privacy and Security settings. This announcement does not affect the Genesys Cloud for Salesforce CTI integration.
