Genesys Cloud Copilot outbound list manager AI agent

Genesys Cloud Copilot includes an outbound list manager AI agent that retrieves and provides analytics data on contact lists and contact list filters. The agent can retrieve contact list configurations with standard output fields including name, size, creation date, division, phone and time zone columns, ATZM settings, email or WhatsApp columns, column data type specification, and attempt limits. It can also retrieve all fields if specified in the prompt, retrieve contact list filter configurations, and provide contact counts by filters or attributes. The agent respects user permissions and only displays data the user is authorized to access. The agent does not perform modifications to contact lists or contact list filters. Sample use cases include retrieving all filters used by a specific contact list ID, obtaining contact attempt counts for a contact list, and querying contacts by specific attempt result attributes such as lastAttemptResult values.
