Genesys Cloud – SSO integration capacity in Genesys Cloud

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will allow administrators to configure up to 30 single sign-on (SSO) integrations with the same identity provider (IdP). Previously, administrators were limited to only two SSO integrations per identity provider (one dedicated integration and one generic SAML option). With the new update, administrators can manage up to 30 SSO integrations for a single IdP or across multiple providers. This expanded capacity simplifies access management for diverse business units or teams within an organization, ensuring smoother, more scalable operations. This improvement is particularly beneficial for enterprises using platforms like Okta or similar providers, as it eliminates constraints on managing identity configurations, enhancing flexibility and administrative control.
