Genesys Cloud – New navigation and UI enhancements coming to Genesys Cloud

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will introduce a redesigned navigation experience that allows users to move more easily between key interfaces such as Agent, UC, and Activity, as well as global functions like Help and Inbox. Previously, navigating between these areas often required multiple clicks or returning to the homepage. With the new navigation, users can switch between sections more efficiently without interrupting their current tasks. This update aims to reduce friction and save time by simplifying access to commonly used tools.

In addition to navigation changes, Genesys Cloud will roll out a series of visual updates across the platform over the next few quarters. These updates will include small but meaningful refinements such as adjusted button colors, font sizes, and spacing. While these are cosmetic changes, they are designed to improve clarity, legibility, and accessibility, especially for users who rely on screen readers or require higher contrast.

These updates will not impact workflows or functionality. They are intended to make the platform feel more modern and inclusive while preserving the interface users are already familiar with.
