In a future release, Genesys will retire the legacy My Activity page and move those capabilities into the Genesys Cloud home page.
Agents and supervisors will access schedule, performance, coaching, learning, contest, and adherence information directly from the home page instead of navigating to a separate page. The My Activity menu will provide quick access to related pages, while the home page will serve as the central workspace for My Activity widgets.
This change reduces the need to switch between pages, provides a more consistent widget experience, and makes it easier to access key information in one place.
What’s changing
- Access My Activity data from the home page
Agents and supervisors will use the home page as the primary workspace for My Activity information instead of the My Activity page. The Activity menu will link to existing pages. - View widgets in dedicated pages
Agent widgets will appear in My Activity Overview, and supervisor widgets will appear in Supervisor Overview, grouping related information in one place. - Use a consistent widget canvas experience
All widgets will follow the same behavior as the home page for layout and interaction, including resizing, repositioning, scrollable content, and in-widget settings. - Keep existing pages
Links such as Schedule, Scorecard, Leaderboards, Work Plan, and Scorecard Insights will remain available and accessible from widgets and the My Activity menu. - See recognition and contest updates in the home page
The celebration banner will appear at the top of My Activity Overview, where agents can view and manage recognition and contest results. - Maintain existing permissions and integrations
Current permissions for agent and supervisor widgets will remain unchanged. Embedded experiences, such as CX Cloud and Salesforce, are not affected.
