Genesys Cloud – Improved time off request visibility in Tempo

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will enable agents to see blocked days and days that require admin approval directly in Tempo when they request time off.

• Blocked days – agents can see dates when they cannot request time off and cannot submit requests for those days.
• Manual approval days – agents can see dates that require admin review, so they know approval may take longer.
• Calendar updates – Genesys Cloud updates the calendar legend and related UI elements to clearly show blocked days and manual approval days.

This update improves schedule visibility and helps agents submit accurate time off requests on Tempo. Agents can avoid unavailable dates and understand when requests need additional review, which reduces confusion and rework.
