In a future release, Genesys Cloud will update the X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Email, and Phone icons. These changes enhance visibility and clarity, making it easier to identify and differentiate communication channels at a glance. The updated icons improve visual uniformity across platforms and better represent each channel’s current state, reducing ambiguity for users.
