In a future release, Genesys Cloud will introduce a new user interface for the Notes panel. With the new gadget version, the label’s color is darker, significantly improving contrast and readability. The hyperlink is replaced with a toggle widget that shows or hides the Notes history.
- Initial Notes panel view: The label’s color is darker, and the note text is larger.
- Notes panel history: A border appears around the new message. The border remains for 20 seconds.
- Hide/Show notes history: The Hide/Show notes history option will be a toggle button.
