In a future release, Genesys Cloud will enhance the Genesys Cloud Copilot experience by displaying structured data using list and key-value pair card components instead of plain-text responses. These new components make it easier to review information about objects such as users, queues, skills, and roles without changing existing workflows or requiring additional user actions.
What’s changing
When Copilot returns structured data, it displays the information using new visual components:
- List – Displays lists of values in a concise, scannable format with the ability to expand or collapse longer lists.
- Key-value pair card – Displays object details in a compact card that users can expand or collapse to view additional information.
Copilot automatically selects the appropriate component based on the type and amount of information returned. For example, a single user or queue appears as a key-value pair card, while multiple results appear as a list.
Benefits
These new components help users:
- Find important information more quickly.
- Review structured data without manually parsing long text responses.
- Reduce the need to switch between Copilot and the Genesys Cloud user interface to verify information.
- View information in a consistent format across supported Copilot experiences.
Action required
No action is required. This visual enhancement is applied automatically when Copilot displays supported structured data.
