In a future Genesys Cloud release, Genesys will introduce the ability for users to set a default time zone for performance workspaces. This feature facilitates supervisor monitoring of performance data across globally distributed contact centers. Genesys will add a time zone selector to the workspace landing page that specifies the default time zone and then apply it to all views. Users can still save views or exports with different time zones, and those reports are not affected by system defaults. Deprecated time zones are replaced with new equivalents and all scheduled exports will update automatically.
