Genesys Cloud has published a new list of expanded public IP address ranges to support continued platform growth. Genesys Cloud functionality will begin using these expanded IP address ranges in a future release. Customers must update their firewall allowlists within six months of this announcement.
What’s changing
Genesys Cloud is introducing additional public IP address ranges used by platform services. These new IP ranges complement existing ranges and support current and future capacity needs.
Genesys Cloud has published the updated list of IP address ranges through the public API and the Resource Center.
Genesys Cloud will start using the updated IP address ranges on the effective date.
What this means
All customers must allow traffic to the updated IP address ranges. If a firewall allowlist does not include the new IP ranges, access to the platform or specific services may be interrupted.
What you need to do
- Update your firewall allowlist to include the new IP address ranges
- Retrieve the latest IP ranges using the GET /api/v2/ipranges endpoint or from the Resource Center
- Complete these updates within six months of the announcement
Why this matters
This update helps ensure that Genesys Cloud services can continue to scale as demand grows. Expanding the available IP address space reduces the risk of service limitations caused by exhausted address capacity and supports reliable access to the platform.
